Only the data it needs

We collect as little as a product can work with. Work Item Rules, for one, runs entirely inside your Azure DevOps organisation and calls no server of ours — and where a future product needs one, we'll tell you what it stores and why.

Limitations, written down

We also write down what our software will not do. Limitations are easier to plan around when you find them in the documentation instead of halfway through a rollout, and we would rather lose a sale to someone we were a bad fit for.
